The traditional Japanese setting was a highlight of my business trip. The stunning garden and spacious, traditionally decorated rooms make this place a unique option. Service was one of the key points of satisfaction: very attentive staff tended to our every need, and double-checked our sightseeing plan. Plus, the food served in lacquerware was a great detail that enhanced the Japanese experience.
The communication problems due to poor wifi and language barrier were a bit of a downside. , although breakfast was interesting in that it followed traditional Japanese style, it could use more variety.

The traditional setting of the hotel was truly remarkable and provided an authentic Japanese experience. The big bath, filled with mineral-rich water, was refreshing and rejuvenating for the skin. The food offered was exceptional and the service provided by the attentive staff added to the relaxing stay. the hotel was located nearby the city, which made it convenient for exploring.
There were language barriers and a poor wifi connection, which caused communication problems with the staff. there could have been more variety in breakfast options.

I loved the Japanese garden and the warm hospitality of the staff. The breakfast was delicious and served in a unique Japanese style room with traditional lacquerware. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the rooms were spacious and elegantly decorated. Location wise, it's a bit far from the airport, but it is conveniently accessible by highway bus, and the hotel is situated in a serene area.
Can't fault the property in any way.

Located near the airport at Fukuoka, this traditional Japanese spring hotel can be easily reached by highway bus. Although the bus stop is right along an expressway, the friendly staff will arrange a taxi upon request. The hotel features a beautiful Japanese garden, where you can unwind after enjoying the hot spring baths. The spacious rooms are traditionally decorated and equipped with high-quality amenities, while breakfast is served in a separate room, featuring a Japanese screen and lacquerware. The staff is always attentive and welcoming, providing valuable suggestions on sightseeing and dining.
Getting to the hotel from the bus stop can be a bit difficult for travelers with large luggage, as it requires walking uphill.

From the moment we arrived, we felt pampered and taken care of. The staff was courteous and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. The elegant decor of the room was stunning, with exclusive amenities that made us feel like royalty. The top-notch Spa & wellness centre was an oasis of relaxation, where we indulged in massages that left us feeling rejuvenated. The garden area was magnificent, allowing us to soak up the beauty of nature. The Hot spring bath was soothing, and the Public Bath was always clean and convenient.
The Karaoke was not available, which was a minor disappointment. this hotel exceeded our expectations, providing us with one of the most luxurious experiences of our lives.
